Adesola Babalola is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the proud founder of TOFAD Wellness Clinic. With a deep passion for making quality healthcare accessible to all, Dr. Babalola established the clinic to deliver personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care - virtually, on your schedule.
Holding active licensure across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, Dr. Babalola brings extensive experience in family medicine, preventive care, and chronic disease management. Her patient-centered approach ensures that every individual feels heard, respected, and empowered to take charge of their health.
Dr. Babalola holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), which represents the highest level of clinical nursing education. Combined with her APRN and FNP-BC certifications, she brings a depth of knowledge and clinical rigor that patients can trust completely.
